Congress shall make no law . . . abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. -From the First Amendment

I think that we should have rights to speak more as we get older.  As we get older, you have bigger problems and you have your own right to speak about it.

Many of the speech rights of students increase as they get older because they know  more and they are older.  As you get older, you have a lot more choices.  You also have a many more rights.  When you are older, you will have to live on your own and be safe.  That’s why the speech rights should increase as you get older.

High School Students have the rights to speak in ways that elementary school students can’t because they are older.  The second thing is that you are mature.  The older you are the more you know.   You know what you are going to say and if it’s bad or not.

College students have ways that they have more rights than high school students because they are older and more mature than a high school student or and elementary student is.  College students get the right to say more things that most than whatever a high school student can’t say.  As a college-age person, you are able to say anything you want and not in trouble  for saying it.  College students have a right to speak; however, they want to as long as it deals with whatever they are talking about.

In conclusion, these are all the things I think about speaking rights.  You should have your own rights when it comes to speaking about subjects.  These are the reason when you get older, you can say more and not get in trouble at for whatever you say.  This is why speaking rights is important when you get older.
